Goal: The customer's goal was to develop a legally secure portal so that company data can be collected and processed for a subsidy fund released by the state.
Team setup: A single cross-functional team with end-to-end responsibility.
My challenges: To critically cut individual products and features within the team with regard to time-to-market.

Goal: The customers goal was to enhance their e-commerce experience in a centralised project and benefit within other web based sales channels from these enhancements.
Team setup: Multiple cross functional teams split into verticals with end to end responsibility. Guilds delivering overall usable artefacts like component libraries or utility packages.
My challenges: Design and ensure correct implementation of the frontend architecture in a micro frontend setup. Support staffing by interviewing candidates.

My challenges: Analyse a very deep and complex domain. Support team to build up a very high development speed. Build a structure around a central deliverable by supporting staffing and adding processes and conventions.
